ŠTÚDIUM FYZIKÁLNO-CHEMICKÝCHVLASTNOSTNÍ LÁTOK ZO SKUPINY1-(4-FENYL-1-PIPERAZINYL)-3-METOXY-2-PROPYL-ESTEROV KYSELÍN2-,3-ALKOXYFENYLKARBÁMOVÝCH
Boli stanovené fyzikálno-chemické parametre (povrchové napätie, disociačné konštanty, experimen-tálny rozdeľovací koeficient, RF a RM hodnoty pomocou chromatografie na tenkej vrstve, logaritmuskapacitného faktora k pomocou HPLC) 8 novozosyntetizovaných látok zo skupiny 1-(4-fenyl-1-pipe-razinyl)-3-metoxy-2-propylesterov kyselín 2-, 3-alkoxyfenylkarbámových s predpokladanou lokálneanestetickou, antiarytmickou a antiulceróznou aktivitou. Pomocou QSAR bol študovaný vzťahštruktúra – fyzikálno-chemické vlastnosti.

The physico-chemical parameters (surface tension, dissociation constants, experimental partitioncoefficient, RF and RM values by means of thin-layer chromatography, logarithm of the capacityfactor with the help of HPLC) of 8 newly synthetic drugs from the group of 1-(4-phehyl-1-piperazi-nyl)-3-methoxy-2-propylesters of 2-, 3-alkoxyphenylcarbamic acids with assumed local anaesthetic,anti-arrhythmic, and antiulcerous activity were determined. The structure – physico-chemicalproperties relationship was investigated by means of QSAR.
